  I agree with the thumb idea - i think more people will get a 42 on your thumb as opposed to someplace else. you could get the name Milliways as a tattoo - not sure where to suggest to put that though

        er..no belly tatoos. uh-uh.
        the thumb is an excelent idea. i might go with that. i was also thinking- i have a first (american) edition guide. i was thinking of going all-our and scanning the "42" from the book, and using that.
